I have only been with this company for a month and a settlement has been made for one of my Credit cards already
The rep was very helpful and had a positive attitude in answering questions
I had a different company reach out to me to try and find me a loan and they redirected me to americor for debt consolidation and I forget the agent's name but he was very descriptive with everything nature that I wasn't in the dark on any information so I really appreciated him. He made sure it was detailed and that I understood what he was saying.
New client very little to talk about but she was very kind and reassuring that you all will handle things in the proper direction.
It's been great, it's a reliever, it takes a lot of stress off you. They are great people, it was the best thing we've ever done. So far we've been satisfied with everything.
They are quick and answered all my questions and I figure this is the right fit. Been pretty easy gotten out of three of the credit reports to just one and a lower rate on one.
This is a great company to use if you're really needing some help as far as controlling debt and getting that down. They work really fast so you have a good quick turnaround on being able to have a real idea of how much you can pay and manage a plan to get out of debt. It's been pleasant, they are easy to talk to, and they have quick responses. We came up with a really good concise plan to get my debt controlled.
All staff I encountered were courteous, exemplified very professional Knowledge and concern for situation and a willingness to offer solutions to my problem.
New to the program but everyone has been very helpful.
