The lady I worked with was very thorough. I'm excited about the process. I already recommended them to a few of my friends. Everything has been good so far.
It's been pretty good. I don't like how they communicate with email because I don't use email. It is inconvenient and I would rather communicate over text or through the mail.

Everybody that I talked to was very understanding and communicative, not pushy. Very informative about the different benefits of the company. Service is pretty good. I have noticed calling in is a little hard to get in touch with somebody and then I did sign up for a call back but it was maybe two hours later so that would be one of my small complaints.
