very informative. I love how I can log into the app and see the progress of my debt
The representative that I spoke with explained everything and let me know how everything worked. If I have any questions I'm able to call to speak to someone, and they're always available. Everything that they told me was accurate, I don't feel like I was misled. Overall I would say that they've been super easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them.The person that I dealt with was really easy to work with, really friendly, understanding, and explained the whole process in a concise manner.
They were incredibly friendly and helpful and just answered the questions that we had.
The people I worked with were very personable. They answered the question that I asked. I would recommend going with americor. They were very polite and they seemed like they wanted to help. I guess some of the conversations could be more clear on how things work.

The man I talked to was very courteous and he had no problem answering all my questions. I actually asked the same question maybe 4 to 5 times and he was very patient. Probably one of the most thorough companies I've ever come across, I would definitely recommend it. They have done everything good so far.
Customer support explained everything thoroughly to a point where I didn't need to ask any questions. They give prompt responses.
I had no idea I also needed to file stop payment orders with my bank after sending stop payments; per instructions upon start of program.
