They took good care of me even when I was busy.
The representative that helped me was very helpful. He walked me through the prices and the registration and everything. I actually started recommending Americor to a couple of friends already. They are one of my top 5 companies. The overall process of getting involved with Americor is great.
I would say Americor is very trustworthy. I'm just early on in the process and everything seems to be moving as specified so I'm happy about that. They were very committed to solving my problems. The people that I spoke with were very clear on everything and what to expect.
I think the team that they have was not upfront in explaining things.

I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture.
