So far our experience has been great! Our Debt Consultant has been amazing and has put our minds to ease about doing the program. She has explained everything about the process very well and answers every question and addresses any concern we may have and she returns our call in a very timely manner when we have a question about something. I am very happy with the customer service I have had with Americor .
I just started, so I haven't really had to do much yet. Money comes out of my account automatically. They worked with me to help me spread payments out through the month, so he helped me a lot. I really appreciated that. They have the ability to work with other companies and I would definitely recommend it. The person I worked with was really helpful, he explained things really well and made sure to let me know that he was available to me whenever I needed anything as far as having any questions along the way.

The young lady that helped me out basically helped me understand. I was treated with respect.
The lady I talked to was very helpful, explaining everything in detail and didn't leave anything out and she was very nice said very helpful and knowledgeable.
It's a good company that helped me a lot with a couple of programs that helped me to fix lower payments for credit cards.
