All their programs are very clear and precise. Very clear on what you need to do.
They're very helpful, they walk you through everything. Any questions they're more than happy to respond. I'm just in the very beginning stages but so far so good. They must have pretty good training or something because everybody is so knowledgeable and friendly. I trust them that everything is going on that they say with all the information I have given them.

Every time I've called the customer service when I got through to them was really good, but a lot of times the wait times to talk to someone about a concern were either from five to ten minutes. I'm glad that I got the letter in the mail about Americor. I wasn't sure about the company before. I would definitely recommend anyone to call americor and just be as honest and upfront as possible with them about spending habits and what loans you have out there because regardless, if you do decide to go with them or not, they're going off to check your credit and that's going to help give you understanding of what's really coming out of your account of what you have to pay. They continuously reached out to me to let me know what was going on in every step of the process. The quality of the service was has been amazing, hopefully I don't have to ever use them again but if I do then they'll be who I'll contact.
