Every time I've called the customer service when I got through to them was really good, but a lot of times the wait times to talk to someone about a concern were either from five to ten minutes. I'm glad that I got the letter in the mail about Americor. I wasn't sure about the company before. I would definitely recommend anyone to call americor and just be as honest and upfront as possible with them about spending habits and what loans you have out there because regardless, if you do decide to go with them or not, they're going off to check your credit and that's going to help give you understanding of what's really coming out of your account of what you have to pay. They continuously reached out to me to let me know what was going on in every step of the process. The quality of the service was has been amazing, hopefully I don't have to ever use them again but if I do then they'll be who I'll contact. If you have need for a debt relief company, Americor is where you need to call.
From what I've read it works, so just try it if you're in debt. The person I work with really explained everything in detail to me compared to another company I was looking at that I was going to go with and she explained what this other company never explain to me.
I didn't have any problems with them. Whenever I call I get a response and they took care of took care of my needs. I ended up getting a lot of this debt discharged and of course I'm paying for it but it would have taken probably a lot a lot longer to get this taken care of than going through Americor. They expedited matters a lot, so I guess in the long run save me a lot of interest. I'm pleased with with my results.
