Helpful, knowledgeable, customer friendly
Very easy to work with and if there was anytime that we needed help in delaying a payment they were more than willing to help

Everything works fine for me and everybody was nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.
I was pretty happy with their responses, their timeliness. They really do have good customer service so I appreciated that. They they jumped in to help me out, made sure that I understood what they were doing all along the way. There was one creditor that took a lot longer than what I had anticipated but I don't think that that was their fault. They took care of all of my accounts and made sure that they got the best settlement that they could in the shortest amount of time that they could.
They're prompt and professional. Just ask as many questions up front as you need to to get all the info you need. Would have been nice to know that canceling the credit card accounts would affect the credit score, I didn't know that going into it.
Do your research and go with Americor, so far I have a good experience.The representative that I've dealt with has been very thorough.
