They are very good. But I haven't started my debt relief as of today yet.
Every time I called they were easy to talk to, they knew exactly what I was looking for, and they knew how to help me find it. It's incredible, they've been really good and always willing to work with me.

So far our experience has been great! Our Debt Consultant has been amazing and has put our minds to ease about doing the program. She has explained everything about the process very well and answers every question and addresses any concern we may have and she returns our call in a very timely manner when we have a question about something. I am very happy with the customer service I have had with Americor .
I just started, so I haven't really had to do much yet. Money comes out of my account automatically. They worked with me to help me spread payments out through the month, so he helped me a lot. I really appreciated that. They have the ability to work with other companies and I would definitely recommend it. The person I worked with was really helpful, he explained things really well and made sure to let me know that he was available to me whenever I needed anything as far as having any questions along the way.
They were very knowledgeable about their prouct.
