He's been very helpful. He has worked with me to give me a lot of tips. I really appreciate that he has been nice and patient with me even though I try to get it done right away but he still maintains a sense of urgency. He is looking out for my best interest.

It was a great program and it totally saved my life! Understanding how it all worked was a little confusing at first but it works!! It is difficult at first to never use my credit cards at all but I did it and they are all paid off!

We spoke to a lady and we were on the phone with her quite a while and she was extremely kind and courteous. We are kind of new to the program, so I don't really know wat's going on. Another person was extremely helpful, he was patient, he repeated thing,s he didn't talk too fast and he was courteous. I just was very comfortable with what we were doing.
