So far the process has been easy. The way it's introduced and explained. Less than 5 stars only because we were given a bit of misleading info related to the timeline of when we would be out of debt (told within a year) when in reality it can and looks like it'll take a few years
I've spoken to multiple people at americor. They answer all your questions, they're very forthcoming with all the information and there's nothing taken from customers. Very helpful courteous and prompt. Just make sure that you find a company that is reputable and straightforward with you and doesn't charge an exorbitant fee.
Their is the best customer service they have.
So far they've been very prompt about clearing up debts. I'm happy and satisfied.
Because they arent clear on what they charge and what they can do and i still have the cc companies contacting me for payment when they arent suppose to
