So far so good. I am a fairly new customer. It was really easy. They explained it all.
They are meeting my expectation with completion. Americor right now is very serviceable. They responded to every question that I had with an actionable answer.
The customer service and the people that contacted me were very professional and very efficient and they followed up on all of my credit cards in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the service. It was my first time experiencing this kind of service and I would highly recommend it.

Although the process is pretty straightforward they I feel like there could be a little bit more transparency on the process in general. It did what I needed it to do, it reduced my debt much faster than I would have done on my own account. They're very responsive if you have any further questions.
