I didn't have any problems with them. Whenever I call I get a response and they took care of took care of my needs. I ended up getting a lot of this debt discharged and of course I'm paying for it but it would have taken probably a lot a lot longer to get this taken care of than going through Americor. They expedited matters a lot, so I guess in the long run save me a lot of interest. I'm pleased with with my results.

They were very attentive and they were helping me with my debt. They cut my debt down from four years to two and a half years so they're doing great. They seem to be trustworthy
They could maybe make the experience a little quicker as far as contacting individual creditors. My main concern was the time it takes to call and negotiate a deal.
Customer service instantly answered all my questions. I got to talk to the same lady every time which was really helpful since I was able to email the same person with all my questions and I didn't have to wait on hold. Americor helped me out of a lot of debt. It was a great experience and they explain everything to you.
