Never have any issues with americor. Whenever I call, I am able to get a hold of someone. They’ve been able to answer my questions. It is a real pleasure to meet with them or talk with them. They’ve always been upfront with me. It has been a blessing.
They were real helpful and real patient. They went out of their way to make sure I did everything that was needed.
The gentleman that worked with me, Mike, stayed in touch with me and communicated with me every step of the way. He went over the papers to sign. He has been very helpful. I am satisfied that things got cleared up. It is a good thing to keep me in check. They are truthful.
The customer service that I've had so far has been very great. They're very knowledgeable and helpful and they make sure they stay in contact. What they promised to offer is great and it's better than most companies that I did look up.
Real easy and simple to use program. I tried other and others need a thousand dollars down payment and Americor never did that. Everything is very transparent, I know what's going on because I have the app on my phone to watch as all these things are happening.
The people I worked with were very personable. They answered the question that I asked. I would recommend going with americor. They were very polite and they seemed like they wanted to help. I guess some of the conversations could be more clear on how things work.
Every question I had was answered explicitly and any concerns I had were pretty much washed without much effort. From what I can gather it should work out pretty well. I would definitely recommend americor because it's going to lower the payments drastically and you can pay off the debts a lot sooner than what you originally were going to do anyway.
The gentleman explained everything and it worked out. I would recommend them.
