I have no reason not to trust them. They need to give clearer answers when customers ask questions. A couple of times and I felt like I wasn't quite getting a clear answer but otherwise everything was great. Just do it sooner rather than later and follow the advice of not making any large purchases while you're doing that negotiation that helped me a lot with mine. I found their customer service to be very kind and courteous and very helpful. They are good guys.
Americor people are nice on the phone, they try to help you as quick as possible. I am very happy with the service. It took about one year. It is a relief.
I am still early in my journey but everything is great so far. They are very responsive .
