Customer service goes into great detail to explain everything clearly so I understand. There could be more information on the status of my account. I haven’t heard much since the being. They still have a really good reputation.
I talked with Jay and John and they were very pleasant and helpful and patient and informative and knowledgeable and helpful. It is easy to upload documents.
