Every time I've called the customer service when I got through to them was really good, but a lot of times the wait times to talk to someone about a concern were either from five to ten minutes. The consolidating to save on the interest rates and everything would be would be a plus for most people I'm sure. They are pretty informative about everything I needed to know about getting through everything properly.
They are very helpful and understanding and gave us a solution to our problem.
They help me payoff 7 acct and away let me know or remind me of my payment

Everything went pretty well. There hasn’t been anything that in gray areas or anything super questionable. It was laid out for me and an easy decision to go with them.

Any time I called, I would get a response within an hour. They have been pretty hands on. I have had a lot support. My only suggestion is I would have liked it be more clear how it was going to my credit. I knew it was going to affect it but I wasn't sure the extent.
