They were very helpful and detailed with everything that needed to be done.
I had one bad experience with customer service but I called and made a complaint and other than it has been great. They might want to train the people who answer the phone a little more.
Their people are always friendly. The initial representative I spoke to was great about follow up. She looked for options that suited me. I can appreciate not having to pay an additional amount and that they reduced my monthly rate by a whole lot of money. They gave me a realistic timeline. Everyone was on the same page.

The whole portal thing I don't know, I just couldn't get into it to see my payments and everything. I keep on trying but they just have to be patient. Some people such as myself are not very computer savvy, so when there is quite simple internet stuff it wasn't as easy for me for the transparency. Americor was very very forthcoming about what you have to do.They kept me very well informed.
