It wasn't as transparent as I thought that it was going to be but after I got to know the system how it works it was good. They explained everything to me when I asked questions. It brought my credit rating down and that is trying to go back up now but it was very very poor for over a year almost a year.
It just makes everything very easy to work with. They were just very concerned to get things taken care of for me.
Customer service is very attentive and every time I feel taken care of, so overall great. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very good follow up.

Very very thorough. Everybody that works together has called me and and help me out with answered any question I had. The gentleman that is taking over my case has been ready to call me, he's available anytime I need him, if I send him an email he answers very quickly and has information and whatever else I may need. When I was beginning I didn't know how it worked and when I had questions the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable broke down all the the details. I'm halfway through with my services It I'm getting more and more excited about the end result. You got to trust Americor.
Everything worked out great. They managed to bring down my debt compatibility and everything fairly quickly. They solved the problems.
It’s been easy. The lower interest at the end is awesome and everything else is fine. They did what they said they were going to and responded to every question.
