Overall great company to work with. Communication after first couple months until loan availability could have been better.

Any time I called, I would get a response within an hour. They have been pretty hands on. I have had a lot support. My only suggestion is I would have liked it be more clear how it was going to my credit. I knew it was going to affect it but I wasn't sure the extent.
Everything was explained thoroughly. I am not a professional so I couldn’t do it. All of it is on my credit report.

They're very prompt and very, very clear with their explanations to my questions. So far it all looks pretty good. I heard of them a long time ago so they're reputable. They've been around for around twenty years at least so I'd recommended them.
