I suppose the one thing that was off putting when I first signed up for Americor was the ad that you received in the mail about it, but I'm still pretty happy with Americor.
From my initial conversation I thought there would be more support with the legal proceeding. I think they need to explain it more thoroughly. It does serve its purpose. They did wait to do my highest credit card and I don’t agree with how they went about it. There should be transparency.
The people that helped me at Americor were excellent. I was confused and they took time to explain the policies in the procedures to me which I liked. They have followed up with me and we are still working on an exchange but everything is going well. Honesty and integrity is important to Americor which I appreciate. Everything ran smoothly.

So far everything is going well. We have everything set like we are supposed to. It is a pretty easy process. The person that has dealt with us has been very understanding and compassionate of the hardships we had going on. We had to spend a lot of time on the phone to go over every detail to make sure it was exactly right.
