Very good at explaining how things will be handled
They answered my questions by at least pointing in the right direction. It was pretty good, they answered my questions and took care of the problems. I chose not to go with Americor as a debt relief program as some other problems occurred and I wasn't sure if it was because I opened up my account but I decided not to go with them.
Helpful, knowledgeable, customer friendly
Initiation was easy. It was pretty seamless. Make sure you chose the correct one for yourself. Understand the matter. They always answer questions in a timely manner. I didn't completely understand the credit nine part of Americor. I still have my debt credit score.
They were excellent providing details. When I reach out I get the help that I needed.
Keep up the good work. I feel like the job was done alright. There were people there to explain it to me.
