The Representatives of Americor are very helpful and their website is very organized and easy to understand. And they try to negotiate a payoff of around 50 percent of what is owed or better!

I think they are really good. I came at a weird time at the end of 2019 and then 2020 so I had to wait but I know that was outside of their control. I didn’t have any major issues.
Customer service took their time to explain everything to me. They walked me through every step of what was going to happen. It I had any questions, they would answer my questions. They were helpful moving my payment around. They were quick in getting my account settled, me debts were settled. I felt comfortable working with americor. They were willing to work with me. Their app is not very user friendly.
I would recommend them. It takes awhile but it truly works.
