I like the service. Any time I have a question, it is answered pretty quickly.
They have been honest and thorough and they are available to the client by phone , text , and email. It is a difficult thing that they are assisting the client with and they seem honest about the possible pitfalls yet careful to encourage the client and to provide support to the client. ( Me)
I like the fact that they take payments out of my check automatically. Everything was explained quite well.

For me it's the best debt relief program that they have and if I would have to use it again (hopefully never) but if I did I would go back. My experience with them was very good. Whatever questions I have they answer and they explain very well how they work. They make you feel very welcome.
