I have a slight problem with the company. I am still getting messages from a company asking for payment. Other than that it is real good. They explained to me what was going on and how it would work and everything. My calls are returned within a matter of minutes.
All of the people in customer service are all helpful and they are friendly.
They've been very kind, patient, understanding and I'm older so I don't get a lot of stuff, I don't understand stuff so they've been right there with me explaining.
You guys are great and really help people out with all their needs.
All my questions were answer. They were timely and respectful. I am still early in the process but I would recommend them.
My experience was smooth. It was a good deal.
