Friendly customer service. They explained everything. If I have any issues, I get in touch with them and I am greeted with kindness. They listen and answer my questions. It makes me feel grateful. If you call Americor, they will help you and get you all kinds of detailed information. I love them because they help people.
I felt like they were actually listening to me and understanding of me having issues with my credit. So far its the easiest thing I've ever had to do. I don't really don't know a lot about it but I do know that I like their company.
Effective communication from Americor, excellent customer service. Any questions I have they responded very promptly and took care of all of my needs exactly how they stated they would from the beginning. Quick resolutions.
Yesterday I called one of the representative and he immediately call me back. I told him about my situation and he did everything possible to help me out with my account. Even though I'm a new client, every time I've called and needed assistance, they're more than willing to help. My advice is to settle your debts as quickly as possible.
They have so far given me very good customer service. I'm a new customer but they have explained things very well and given me very clear instructions as to what to do and so so far it has been great. I just think that Americor so far has been a very good company to work with.
The people at Americor answered all my questions and helped me through the whole procedure. Everything went well. They negotiated with my accounts quickly and helped me through the difficult times. I appreciate all the help they gave me.
They had 2 settlements in 1 week out of 4 of my accounts. I am very pleased with what they have done so we far and, if they can get the last two accounts to settle for 50% I will be so greatful and recommend them to everyone else!
