Almost immediately when I called, they answered all my questions. They have taken care of everything for me. The only problem I have is they said they were handling the credit card but that did create a couple of problems for about five weeks.
I have been dealing with some issues from the divorce. One of my credit cards was sueing me and the gentlement I worked with went ahead and did a refinance with my debt consolidation loan. He was able to work out that I didn't have to provide all the paperwork the credit card company wanted - because I went from a joint checking account to a singular checking account. I suppose the one thing that was off putting when I first signed up for Americor was the ad that you received in the mail about it, but I'm still pretty happy with Americor.
