Polite, helpful, non-judgemental, explained clearly how the program works.
It has worked out for me. Jared was the guy I worked with. He was very polite and professional and precise.
Everybody's been extremely professional, courteous, time sensitive, and knowledgeable. Everything is pretty much working according to the way they said it would.
Whenever I had to call them they were very responsive and wait times were not that long.
They were really good at following up because I missed a few things and they reexplained to me and made sure I understand what I just signed up for.
