Communication is good. There is constant communication. Everything was explained well. I know what was going on. It was smooth sailing once I talked to the second representative.
They explained everything real early how it was gonna play out and what was going on so there were no questions and there were no hidden things on there. Everything's been real smooth so far. I'm pretty happy with how it's going.
