Don't second guess your decision to get help because I'm glad that I went with my gut. Customer service is great and answers all of my questions.
The representative I spoke to took the time to go over everything again to help us out and guide us. Give it a try and Americor was willing to work willing to help take care of things and easy to work with.
They help me with what ever I need and it was pretty good. Everything went good for me, so I'm really happy. I appreciate all they did to help me out.
I think they should just pay off the debt out right. It should be little more than trying to negotiate with creditors in the same process. The communication was sometimes great, other times it wasn't.
They were very informative and told me a lot and just overall was amazing.
