Taking that step to get help will relieve a lot of stress, but also knowing that others are in the same boat so there's nothing really be embarrassed about either. Felt better after talking to the representative. I was hoping they would take care of the medical bills and they didn’t and I was disappointed but they reassured me.
The representative that I spoke with was courteous, he explained himself very well and he also explain my options for the plan that I chose.
They explained everything in detail what I need to know for my contract.
Americor's customer service was on top of everything at all times.
I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture. They always answer my calls and I get good feedback. Everything has been smooth. I get along. It was good they paid off my debt. It was a good experience. It a trustworthy situation. The time it took was reasonable.
Their service is really good, however I did not fully understand how big of a fee was involved. I should have asked more questions
