When you need them to be flexible, they are flexible. I trust the process. It was good. I enjoyed their customer service too.
The service took care of everything but it did drop my credit score really bad. They handled everything as professionally and quickly as possible.

Everybody was very gracious and cordial they handled everything well with my account. I'm never a fan of walking away from my bills, but I think they handled things very well from the standpoint of of getting me where I needed to be with all of the workings and behind the scenes things they did. They did a good job.
They couldn’t include all the debts but they were thorough and asked a lot of questions.
So easy. Everyone was so helpful. Everything went exactly as I was told it would. I'm already seeing a dramatic change in my credit score.
