I would like them to lower some of the fees but they are very good and professional and they handle things well. They have the answer to my questions because they are very knowledgeable about it.

Most of the people were great but I do feel misled by some. The process is advertised as easy and it was pretty easy except it wasn’t exactly as promised. There is something they need to improve such as the debt payment to line credit. I was told it was going to be twelve months and it ended up being eighteen. Overall they did a fair job but you should shop around and get everything in writing. There should be more disclosure upfront. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
I didn't have any problems. Every time I need them I can talk to someone.
