They were very thorough and answered all my questions and they were very forthcoming with explanation and information.
It's been okay at best. I submitted two accounts that I would like to my program and I have sent a couple Emails to find out how it will impact my program and haven't heard back.
When I called the customer service instead of being able to help me they told me to call back. Once I called back I was able to get through to what I was trying to get done, but other than that the agents did a good job we with me like listening to what I was planning on getting into the process. This is a real legit company and if you're having troubling times or are having problems with credit or what ever this company is the one go to.
Americor listens to your concerns and if you have any questions, you're able to ask them and they're upfront and honest with you. They are really helpful.
If you need debt consolidation I will highly recommend Americor. They're gonna pay off my debts, they say they're able within a year.
I would advise people to go to Americor just because they are excellent at costumer service.
