while I enjoy the accomplishments of Americor, the monthly fee is very high for someone living on social security. It would be nice if you reduce the fee since I only have one more card to be settled.
Don't call me in the mornings!!!! Especially since I travel for work, and I'm now in Seattle WA. I got rousted outta bed at what was 9.50AM for you, but 6.50AM for me. NOT FUN!!!! But seriously, when possible please make an effort to call me in the afternoon. Thanks, Eric Foltys
Process seems to be very slow. I am constantly getting calls from the creditors. Very frustrating!!
I haven’t heard anything from them & I got a billing from Security who I thought Americor was paying off . So Im NOT Sure WHO I’m supposed to make a payment to ?! I Can’t Rate Americor yet only been with them 2 Weeks & HAVENT Heard anything yet. I’m starting to get Nervous.
Funny thing happened I can't get any access to my checking account now they removed my mortgage before they before that they removed my mortgage section of my of my web page now I can't even get the web page
They act like they have your back if u fall low on funds betwean jobs. Susequently they will inform you that any disruption in payments results in contract with creditor null and void. They have NEVER reached out to me sinve sign up. Besides a Welcome call 3 months in. What a joke
No answers to questions. Don’t respond to email.
Please stop withdrawing from my checking account without notifying me first. Every time you do that and it bounces. I'm fined $32. It's been at least 5 times. If you withdraw and it bounces, please don't keep re-trying. I told your representative on the first day I couldn't afford this program.
Not happy, very poor communication and alot left for me to do why am I paying these people
