Very pleasant to deal with during initial contact. That's because they're trying to make money off of you. Make no mistake about that. You are a cash cow to them. However, if you change your mind about the program, suddenly, the person you've been talking to will ghost you. After confirming cancelation of the program, I now get phone calls to get back on under the guise of follow-up, as well as these feedback requests.

I informed the representative that I'm overseas and because of the time zone difference, I'm usually asleep, but the company continues to call me. I even informed the representative, email is the best way to communicate with me, but clearly he didn't include that in my file cuz the company continues to call.
Had to upload and send several documents for the loan with credit 9. Being elderly, this really hard for me to do.
I have not seen any difference with Americorps just watch my credit score go from the 6.6 to a 4.5

Huh how can I make disscision if I haven't seen results?? Get call back about progress!🤷🏾♂️ seems been 13months haven't seen any happening! My credit never went up and have issues paying you awhile the department is garnishment me! They needed to contact me back! Right now it Terrible!
I have never been se disappointed working with a debt solutions program. The guy who sold me in the whole program said he would be there through the entire process for me and be a point of contact. When I called he never returned my calls and the general help line was slow as molasses to get anything done. It seemed like their main concern was to get me signed up for a loan through credit 9.
