They did nothing to solve my issues. Their solution will not be beneficial.
Takes entirety to long to settle a debt. And mis leads you telling you after you complete 6 months in the program you will be able to get the loan to pay everything off.

They took advantage didn’t save us hardly any money ! We were lied to and we were sued by two of debtors!
They do not consolidate your debt right away. Respond to them asap but ignore your creditors. Having to talk too many different people to accomplish the same goal. Yes I stayed this up front
This is crazy it went to collections so it literally only saved me $100 and ruined my credit
Saved me money. Dislike how long it.took them to settle and I don't like the fact that I can't make more than one extra deposit. I should be able.to make as many extra deposits I want to speed up my process of getting out of debit
Lack of follow up and clear communication
You can and should do it on your own if you really want to save your hard earned money. One example of how in the long run you will be better off doing it on your own…..I had a bill that is $2,312 after your account is almost in collections they negotiated it to $1,200. Sounds like I’m winning but Americor is charging me $578 for the privilege of messing my credit up.
