I still do not see the light of the tunnel! You guys have bred slow to secure the agreement arrangement with my creditors! Only one in three months! My fico score has dropped another 100 points since I came on board… Furthermore, you did not tell me you would deduct my payment immediately… so that put me in an overdraft situation for two months, before my auto payment cancellation went into effect! You all do not communicate with clients.
The guy I was in contact with never text me back when I text him. I think his name was Trevor not sure and I want to cancel. He lied about my payments that I was paying to the credit companies and pressured me into signing with you all. So CANCEL my account with your company.
I get put on hold everytime I try getting ahold of you. Each time has been over 10 minutes.
I did not like that when I was chatting with the rep to enroll in this program that I was misled about what would happen if I was going to be sued by a creditor that was already in the settlement program. I was told that Americor would handle any legalities that arose & when it did, they reneged. I contacted Americor when I received a summonses & was told they are not lawyers or a legal firm...I resent being lied to just so your rep insured I would enroll & you get you fees... from the court regarding a creditor already in y... read more
TOOK MONEY OUT WITH OUT PERMISSION CAUSED N Y ACCOUNT TO OVER DRAFT OF 36 DOLLAR FEE I HAD ALREADY CANCELED THIS AND THEN TO GET REFUND IT TOOK 15 DAYS TO GRT MY 25 DOLLARS BACK BECAUSE THEN WAS TOLD THAT 10 DAYS AFTER THE DECISION WAS MADE TO REFUND MY 25
They were not to help ful only called to tell you a name and the company but gave no information on plans or how they could help you in details. Kinda felt like they were seeing if they could make money of you in my experience did not have a good background of my needs or the help I or my family was looking for X
We received a message to expect a phone call from Americor on 9/20 @ 11:31. No one ever called. We were told we would receive a welcome letter in the mail, no letter was sent.
It's only been the 1st month. So I really can't tell how that performance is. I'm still getting cold by creditors and. Everybody, I own money too. So it's a way too early to give a review
