Sent me to bank to take loan out to pay off debt faster the bank they sent me to approved me and then a month and a half later they denied me.
The only gripe I have is that when I tried to cancel, I was disregarded (put on hold for 40 plus minutes, no response to emailed cancellation). If I were in a diff condition, I'd use them.

The loan Process took way to long. Several times I had to wait for the customer rep to refer to the Manager. Then it was like pulling teeth to get the answer.
When I was already a month away from finishing my last debt, they extended the term to 24 more months, I accepted that I had no other option and they changed it again to 36 months, their customer service is terrible, no one could help me solve it my problem even though I called several times and spoke to different people. I will never do business with them again and I do not recommend them to anyone.
I’ve written them 4 times and still haven’t heard back.
I was told my account would be turned into a loan, they took all my bank statements and said they would be in touch in 3-5 days, I haven’t gotten any response
I was very disappointed with this program. It was hard getting customer service, calls were unbearable from debt collectors. I was advised not to talk to them. After a few months I called to cancel. David V handled my request. He was Very Rude & treated me like a child as I told him so.
Completely incompetent. Can’t figure out dates and then the amount changes. Don’t use this company.
