Very tedious process. They make you watch this video that babbles on when I already understood the goals. Then there’s another “welcome “ phone call when an email would suffice.
Lied to by the first person to call me and split in half my debt then add there thousands on to it plus you can't pay your bills for 6 months so that interest and missed payments and penalties have put it back to the same number I had. Then I was told originally that they provide a loan at around 6 percent which sold me and find out today it is 24 so no relief just moved it all to them so now I owe this racist company for 5 years not 2 like said to me but 5 years. File for bankruptcy instead
I really don’t understand what I got into , I didn’t really understand any of this program to be honest . If I could afford to pay everything I owe right now to all these loans that I would of never used this program
Your company does not know how to verify information properly and judge by first investigation found. To qualify a person you need to get to bottom of real facts not a inconcrete report with incomplete and correct information
Had to settle most of the accounts by myself. Customer Service, several days to respond to questions I had. They take a 30% settlement fee on too of the payment fees.
Not sure why it takes 24 months to pay off accounts under $300 Plus hard to get the loan in New York that they said would be offered after a year
Almost over the years cannot settle 2 accounts
From Point A they are setting you up to get a VERY High Interest loan with their subsidiary Credit 9. They will sell you on the idea that you will pay less than you owe after they get settlements, take a length time that smashes your credit score, leaving you with no other options. I am sorry I entered an agreement with Americor.
Was told my payment wouldn't change / it doubled with credit9. We accepted credit9 and now we're finding out not all our credit cards were taken care of. Not to happy about that..
