I lost my job and sent an email asking about refunds and what is next for my situation and i havent got a word back so im just in limbo at this point
They are Professional used car sales men. My payments right out the gate are scheduled for the wrong day. Of course they won’t stop the payment process and change it to the correct date so I’m at bank paying for a stop payment. I have called 3 times now about this today. Told the first lady I wanted to cancel the whole thing and she hung up on me. The communication was not sufficient with creditors which drove litigation on 1 debt and almost on another. The last creditor reached out to me due to non-responsiveness from Americor. Estimates of debt settlements were not accurate and not as good as advertised. For the final debt, Americor sent thousands of dollars without receiving the agreement in writing from the creditor. Americor says I will need to contact the creditor for the agreement (even though Americor sent all the other ones) and that they cannot provide it. S... read more
Do not hide anything. You have to talk clearly from the beginning because after I closed the deal with you guys, there were other fees that the advisor didn't mention to me at that time and that's not fair. You have to talk about all the fees involved in the transaction.
I submitted requested documentation 2 weeks ago and have sent 3 emails with no response
I was scheduled for a call to confirm my arrangements. I received the call . I could not hear the person on the other end . I tried calling the number I had and no response. I also did not receive another follow up call.
Less than perfect. The customer service hasn't been too bad. But don't make promises you can't keep and communicate a lot better. And also keep better records.
This program is way too costly. Your fees in paying yourselves? Are way way too high. It’s literally killing me to have to give you as much money each month as I do. And once you sign? They won’t change anything. Even if you lose your job or someone dies or anything else catastrophic happens that affects your ability to pay. Smh
Sales pitch is excellent. I have not received any benefit yet after 6 weeks.
