I have never been se disappointed working with a debt solutions program. The guy who sold me in the whole program said he would be there through the entire process for me and be a point of contact. When I called he never returned my calls and the general help line was slow as molasses to get anything done. It seemed like their main concern was to get me signed up for a loan through credit 9. I don’t appreciate them taking money from my account without my consent. I was understanding that I would be making the payments, not them taking the payments from me . I want my account canceled immediately. I’m thoroughly not interested or happy. It’s a very misleading company.
All the talking of what everything is and how it all works, would be better if they could cut the overall starting process in half
Poor customer service, not sensitive to the clients financial struggles. Instead takes advantage of client as opposed to helping
No communication with you at all. Your paying as much to them as you are your creditors. They take their money monthly on accounts that are being paid off, so it takes forever to move to other accounts. You can call your creditors and do exactly what they do for you, and not take the huge credit score hit or pay them what your supposedly saving by using them. They have not been worth using, and they are not honest up front about anything. They take your money out early all the time, and will blame it on your bank too.
When I signed up with them I was very happy but I soon find out this is pure garbage, I called to ask a question and was left on hold for 39 minutes and then they hanged up on me, I tried another day and was left on hold for almost an hour until I got tired of waiting and hanged up myself, tried a 3rd time when I finally was able to speak to someone and I cancelled my account with them, I can't deal with a company that when I have a question I can't call to get answers
Settlements poorly done and frustrated me
They tell you one thing and then do something totally different. DON'T use this company.
