We are not kept informed. If we want to know how things are going we have call. We think they are making way too much money us instead of really helping. Most cards would settle with us for the same payoffs. Some creditors still or never been contacted.
Crappiest company. They take advantage of you when you are attempting to get help from them. DO NOT DO IT. AMERICOR IS THE WORST COMPANY!!
Americor successfully renegotiated my debt. However the way they got paid wasn't made clear so instead of my debt being reduced 50% it was more like 30%
I am very dissatisfied with the response time when trying to cancel this program. It seems like it’s easy to sign up but very difficult to cancel. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes more than once to try and talk to someone. When I finally got to talk to someone they guaranteed me that it was cancelled and they would send me an e-mail. Well here it is the next day and I have not received an email. I just want this over. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
I had to give all my bank info before I had access to the app that showed what all my debts were being settled at and compared to what I paid I could have settled with the banks directly and saved so much more money.
I don’t see anything changing and didn’t know that I am being charged for every transaction when you guys are taking my money ACH why is there a charge when nothing changed or being done?
I reached out to AmeriCore, after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. While struggling with my my finances, AmeriCore promised, within a short period of time, I can be debt free, and advised my credit scores would drop but after a year, I should see a major increase in my scores. Nicole was great and has been great but her manager authorized funds taken out of my account and left me without funds to pay other bills. Then they tell me it will be 7-10 days to be put back in. Really? It was your mistake and it takes that long? Awful!
I have been working with this company for 3 years now and in 2023 they said all my accounts had been settled. Come to find out AMEX was taking me to court and now Affirm is saying they still have a balance due. What are these people doing with my money?!
