No one has contacted me nor given any updates!
Not good communication, they never answer the calls.
They lied to me. I told them I wanted to consolidate and settle then put me in debt settlement. When I realized this, I told them I wanted to cancel, they kept transferring me to a line that would hang up on me. Digusted with this company!
I like because they accepted me so quickly and that they have paid on my creditors but I'm dissatisfied with the amount each of my creditors are getting. I'm a little dissatisfied with the amount that they are paying my creditors on my behalf because I'm still left with balances that are not in reach for me to pay, it's just like putting a Band-Aid on a on a sore. 1 star is beeing kind. Sadly after speaking w a great guy I believe this to be a great and smart option. Sadly after speaking w a financial advisor I was advised against it. Called guy back and ended up being transferred and spoke to 4 different people. Still not cancelled. Will gladly leave similar reviews on all platforms
