I was on hold for over an hour just to find out I had already agreed to a settlement via email. I received no less than 12 emails asking me to confirm that I agree, which I did. I had the same amount of phone calls saying/asking the same thing. All of which were on Saturday and Sunday. They all told me I could call until Monday along stating that business hours were Monday thru Friday. This was boarder line harassment in my opinion. Agreement amount was not sustainable. Customer service was almost nonexistent. Need to cancel.
I had a rude operator call me and insulted me via text afterwards and called me a white trash whore. I don’t want any operator calling me anymore. Please have management or a supervisor call me for future deals. I’ve never been so insulted in my whole entire life.
During difficult financial times, needles to say it is very overwhelming :(. I am very pleased on how delicate yet deliberate Tyler M. had to be. I am upset that I have allowed this to happen to my finances.

I thought that this was a great program. I appreciated the effort it took to help out but to get my payment down 40% just to charge me 30 % I feel it’s just as predatory as some loans. And then you offer after 6 months to pay off all the creditors which for me was 9-10 k, but you still pay Americor their fee which was like 4k but when I read the final amount I would have paid 25k over five years umm that’s more than I owed the original creditor no thanks
I thought Americor was going to work with me to save money on my debit? I am payin more now than I was on my credit cards debit.
Some of the worst customer service ever.
I don't think I like the way you do things. I can't pay you enough deposits to help me get my creditors paid because my income is so low. I'm afraid all my creditors will go into collections or worse because of the strange way you do things. I din't want that for myself.
