In the beginning things were going good, my rep Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once I reviewed the documents, I realized I could probably handle things myself instead of using americor at this time. So I submitted my cancellation request and I received a call from Chris the same sales rep but this time he was definitely rude, he felt like this was a personal shot at him that I wanted to cancel my agreement, very argumentative and defensive. I dislike because they are working very slow
I've only made deposits at this point and had waaaay more money withdrawn than what I understood, making it tough to pay household bills and buy food. Hopefully this will get better soon
No one answers when I call, I get passed to different reps because no one wants to be honest with me.
I made a mistake and missed my very first payment. It was my own fault. I'm terrible with my budget (kinda why Im in the program)... Thing is when I called to ask for help in finding a solution the Americor employee was short with me, judgemental and just plain unfriendly toward me. For instance, when I told her how I made the mistake she basically said she didn't believe me. Also, right away she asked me if I'd like to cancel my program... Wow! No, I don't! I hung up. Poor from the start I could have settled
I haven’t heard anything from Americor! Not anytime not stall.
Wasn't quite what was promised. My credit was destroyed and I did not save any money. I could have made the same payments and kept my credit had I not bought into their scam
