I have only been with the company for approx 1 month. I can see how this will greatly benefit myself and my husband in the long run, however, in speaking with Mr M when we signed up, we have followed the instructions and used the verbiage with any creditors that have contacted us. They did not settle the 1st card at all. I ended up paying MORE than what I owed!
Failure to communicate, advisors not available, do not return emails or calls
They don't follow instructions of their clients well
It's not not for every body and at the end of the day they're going to help you but it's almost like a scam because you could do the same thing for yourself by dumping your money on one account.
At this point I’m just giving them money to negotiate. It has been about 4 months and I have not heard anything in their end.
One of your staff members answer the phone in a demeanor way. As if she was very smart and I was dumb.
On hold tooo long. Once I am speaking with a representative, they're helpful. Also the representative was suppose to have sent me a link to submit documents, but did not.
The process is unclear. I know I am paying money but that is about all.
