Have not heard from anyone with Americo. Need to know what is going on with my account
The company reps were friendly, however, they are not totally honest with all options open to someone in heavy debt, barely employed, and elderly. I only found out from a totally disrelated company (after signing up that Americor) that Chapter 7 bankruptcy was actually the best option for by Americor as I was in the 3 day window where cancellations were allowed. Then I found out from another company that since I don't have any assets that aren't protected by bankruptcy law, that I probably don't even need to file bankruptcy ... read more
They took the money out of my bank account before they were supposed to. My experience has been not so good.
No communication. I they take the monthly payment. I’m not sure what the progress is at this point. Not sure if it is worth it.
They do very well in the beginning and then towards the end they slack off
