I was under the impression that during the negotiations Americor would negotiate removal of negative comments from my credit report but the creditors are sinking my credit
I continue to get letters and communications from my creditors even though I have an agreement with this company to consolidate my credit card debt
I sent a fax to someone there middle of June and he still has not got my Backs from wherever it is over there I know I sent it and it's now July 8th they need to hurry up on the facts that people send them whenever they need the information
Americor ruined my credit score. I ended up with a large lone to pay off to credit 9, plus large fees to Americor. I would have been better off to just consolidate my credit cards into a low interest lone. My credit score would then still be good.
Have not received welcome call left oice mails nobody calls back
I don't feel like I know what's going on with my account and my money or the credit card accounts that they're settling for me because they don't keep in contact with me through the email nor do they call me.
They haven't completed everything yet. I would not recommend them to a friend.
Would not address one of my debts at all. They refused to inform them that they were part of a consolidation ,so I ended up getting sued by them. If that’s what customer service is from this company then I don’t need it..
