Called and asked to speak to who was handling my loan after papers were signed and did not hear back.
No communication. When you call to speak with them or get a staus you only get a canned response
I would at least like to see if you guys are trying to negotiate the items we are going to work instead of only seeing my credit score take a nose dive.
I joined this company to help myself out of debt, they toll me they can and will help me,but they didn't now I'm getting sued by one of the collectors for more than I owed,no one ever talks to you,no way to get in touch ,they left me to the wolves,never ever use this company I negotiated my own payoffs,very disapointed
They took my payment a week early causing an od fee. I reached out several times and just got the runaround. I want to cancel my contract asap!

Yes, my debt was paid off earlier than it would have without them. We were told when we signed up that there was no need to worry about fees because they were included in the program estimates. What they don't tell you is that the amount of fees they charge are astronomical. The amount of money I saved in interest was paid in fees to Americor.
