Customer service is always available when I contact them but they didn’t do one thing right.
Misleading from the start. Would have saved us about 600 but was going to cost 1000 for the service so 400 more than our debt.
The consolidation process totally ruined my credit. I'm typically currently in a place where I cannot make any financial decisions.
It's been over two weeks and they have still been unable to setup my account. It's very hard to get a hold of any of their support and we keep getting emails and texts about how we need to upload documents but we can't access the system. When I call I have very unpleasant experiences with their own support. My wife is under the impression we've been scammed because they've already begun taking payments from our bank account.
I'd recommend them. I had trouble when I first got it that day I couldn't get a hold of anybody until I finally got online and then I got a phone number that somebody answered the phone. They may explain how their system works in covering my automatic payouts you know they left me hanging in there and I'm still still not getting it, I have one credit card company that's covered with the agreement and they're still they're sending me all kinds emails and I haven't been paid yet.
They had indicated that they would be in contact with all creditors to avoid any legal action, only for me to get sued and they then were not at all helpful - which they indicated should this ever happen - they had a team to help take care of it and protect me, their customer.
am very disappointed because they were not clear with me they promised a lot but in the end I ended up paying even a lawyer because they took me to court since Americor left neglected for a full year one of the accounts in his charge then they washed their hands and I ended up paying more than I owed at the beginning. I don't recommend them at all
So far...nothing has been started on my program. I have money deposited into my account, but no feedback or actions. I changed from Century Law to Americor thinking and being told that they would act faster.
