I was told pay let's say 700 a month we will settle ur accounts .then discover filed a law suit u told me u needed 8000 more to settle .I handed my accounts over with the understanding 700 a month would get all my accounts settled so in the end u introduced me to a parent company who immediately said we can lend this amount if we can settle for less .they knew the exact dollar amount they would need to pay u and get there mark up which ends up being like 8 0000 its a racket yeah my debit goes away at a ridiculous rate becaus... read more
Because companies still haven't heard from americor & they keep charging late fees & interest onto my debt
Misleading, program much longer than expected, representative not available when I had questions
Not happy with the delay in re-processing a missed payment
Didn't explain the program good. And when I canceled the service. They keep trying to bill me
Recently became a client. So far interaction and response have been wonderful. Explained the program in detail and helping me get started in a way I could understand. Answered my questions. Has kept in touch with me.
Haven't actually had any backlash from any creditors yet and I don't even know if Americor is doing anything
I'm still getting bills from creditors and left 2 messages for someone to call me and they didn't. Not very happy
Be careful who works for you. I wish they would stop lying to people.
