Nothing has happened so really there's nothing to rate. Creditors are still calling although I have not made contact with them
I just wasn't happy with it. They told me things that didn't happen. I didn't get the answers I've asked.
If I knew now, what was going to happen to my Credit, I would have used this service.
They are pretty organized, but to be honest, the fees they charge are outrageous. They'll be getting as much money from me as my creditors. I believe I would have been far better off to negotiate my own debts.
Too many annoying emails and calls. They also don't tell you when you sign up that they take $13 from every payment that you make towards your consolidation. I feel like this company is a little shady.
I've just gotten started and so far everything's been good. I would recommend. They communicate well and it's been very easy so far getting started and organized. They gave me a list of things to do and good communication. It was very quick and easy and friendly.
Really didn't save me any money when you add in your fees. Almost got me taken to court.
My debit relief was going great until I had a snag with Capital One. I could not include this creditor due to the fact that I made a payment in November 2021. I sent all the statements and was told in March 2022 that it was eliminated. I now have to go on a payment plan to pay them off. 5 months of interest has been added to this creditor. I am very upset about this.
They took money out of my account and overdrafted it and cost me over $200 in overdraft fees that I feel they should've had to pay
