Customer service was impressive and response time dealing with creditors is mentionable.
I would it's extremely misleading bordering on fraud.
In the beginning the answers they would call you and you'd get a response but after a while the contact person was longer there.
Still getting calls and emails from credit cards. I have only had one update from Americor that 1 credit card company has agreed to a settlement. Seems like Americor is not working on my case.
I recently informed them about creditors that are still charging me monthly payments despite sending the ACH form which is technically asking them to stop withdrawing money from my bank account since I am enrolled in a debt consolidation program. I sent several Email to people who set up the account. But the Emails were not delivered even though I used the correct Email address they provided to me. Either they are ignoring me or they got what they want. My money
It ruined my credit getting all of those derogatory on my credit
It was good.but didn't like getting hit with a 24percent loan at the end of debt and only had two more debts to settle.
When I was going to have problems paying they would not work with me at all. Just be careful who you work with, make sure that they're willing to work with you along the way.
