Yes, my debt was paid off earlier than it would have without them. We were told when we signed up that there was no need to worry about fees because they were included in the program estimates. What they don't tell you is that the amount of fees they charge are astronomical. The amount of money I saved in interest was paid in fees to Americor. I try to call someone and leave messages to get back and have not heard back, get voice message once and leave message again and nothing, no calls to check
I have only been with the company for approx 1 month. I can see how this will greatly benefit myself and my husband in the long run, however, in speaking with Mr M when we signed up, we have followed the instructions and used the verbiage with any creditors that have contacted us. I have emailed to let you know that we continue to receive calls from the same creditors and have not gotten a response. This is a bit concerning.
