credit score took a huge dive while i am in the process of having to find a house
when I received official notice I was being sued they did not stand by me and left me to my own devices.
The process is taking too long. I told him I couldn't do the online question and answering because I don't have a computer and they wanted to do it over the phone but I don't like doing stuff over the phone. I don't have stuff on my phone. It dragged out the process. I thought they were going to combine my debt.
Misled me into converting into a "line of credit". Not an loc but another loan with higher interest rates. I'm more in debt now.

They could be more straight up with customers, that's all I can say. Get all the fine line to see what the company is all about. I was told that I had to contact the people myself through the portal or write letters to them to stop, that's not right that's not how it was explained.
