I was a little bit confused on the on the service as a whole. A crash in my credit score and taking years to recover really didn't seem like the best way to get out of debt. I guess in some cases where people have no absolutely no other way out of I guess that would be the only way to do it. I just I'm going to I'm going to try a different route.
No matter HOW many TIMES I take pictures of the statements & letters. You keep asking me to resend cuz they're blurry. So I HAD to mail them certified mail through the USPS. And the app portal DOESN'T always work.

Things are still unclear. Told me to stop all payments to creditors. Still receiving emails and phone calls. Was told you would handle in your end.
Their “payoff” is basically making a deal with your creditor’s and then sending off a small payment (my situation $100) and then charge you a service fee for sending a small payment. I have one more account to pay off and I’m scared I just ruined my credit for no reason when I could have just worked with my creditors myself. They promised me a number and I still have my fingers crossed.
Less than a month into the service they said I approved a change in the program which I had not and doubled my payment and n me what a scam
Shop around. They don't tell you everything properly. They could be more transparent about what their program necessarily involves with the loan program after they're established.
I was told things would go smoothly and they have not my customer service rep has had excuses for things that I thought would happen. I'm still having creditors call me and I've been told for 3 weeks it would stop.
