Terrible experience. So on Christmas my cat out of nowhere went paralyzed in his back legs and was breathing strange...I brought him to animal care center immediately. Got him there in literally ten to twelve minutes from when his symptoms started. They brought him in the back and said the doctor was in a surgery and would be done soon and when done he would then check on Him. They said they had him on oxygen in the meantime. 3 minutes later, they come to us and say my cat isn’t going to make it, and I need to come see him ... read more

Vet Doctors become doctors for their love of care for animals no matter what the cost may be. For that rude lady that spoke so bad about the kitten that flew out of a truck you can go to h:::::.Why is she working there? I will never recommend anyone to take their living pet there!!! How can you not do this even if she not offered to pay $300 for pain meds and care!! I grew up where Vets. cares for animals no matter if they couldn’t make the full charge. What has happened? Actually care about the animals that come to them, not just want money. So sad you could turn your backs on an animal in pain.
they only care about money. no compassion, overpriced, and DONT care about the animals or people they serve unless you have a fat wallet. even then its half assed
