A good friend lost his family member (pet bulldog) due to the negligence of these people. Leaving the pup on a table for an extended amount of time while knowing time is important. Shame.

Business response:

Kevin, we are truly sorry to hear you feel this way, especially since we have never had the opportunity to meet you or your pets. For client confidentiality reasons, we would never discuss details of another experience, but we can assure you our top priority is the well-being of our patients.

They have no moral value for your pet. My friend bought his dying dog for surgery. He got there in time to safe Chaz. But the doctor had the assistant get Chaz prep for surgery and left Chaz in surgery room and decided to talk to other people in the waiting room then to safe Chaz when he was paid for the surgery. Don't pay before you get your loveones back alive. After we make a complaint to headquarters. The doctor decided to erase the video tapes of them delegation to take care of Chaz surgery. Chaz died before the surge... read more

My friends brought their beloved dog into this office with bloat. Anyone with any common sense knows that bloat is a by SERIOUS situation that demands IMMEDIATE attention. Instead of tending to their dog, they literally stuck him in the back and attended to two non-emergency patients! As a result, their dog passed away right there in the back room of their hospital! To say they were negligent is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! this is ABUSE!!! Bloat is a very PAINFUL WAY TO DIE!!! Shame on this hospital!!! I will NEVER take my dogs for... read more

My review is strictly based on the lack of compassion from the receptionist. The rest of the staff was kind and completely caring. It was only when I went to pay, and asked for a list of the costs from the procedure and why nobody had called to update me on the price change. The receptionist "Brittany" seemed overly bothered to deal with me. Told me repeatedly "it was not her fault" and snatched the pills for my pet away (antibiotics and pain pills) and told me she would take those and her $12 collar away and perhaps that wo... read more

Took my 10 week old boxer to Animal Care Center for required 10/12 week shots Sept. 2016 & on his 12 week shot they give him a Heartworm pill (trifexis) that night & next morning he was very sick. Vomiting, diarrhea, & Urinary TI. I call & they say bring him back in. Great right? Vet says after test that the diarrhea & vomiting is probably from the meds they gave him. I say ok thank you & check out. $150 to $200 is my charges for visit & meds to make him better from the meds they gave him the previous day also costing $150-$... read more
