I don’t have enough words left to explain my frustration with this experience. After taking my pup to a second vet (her primary) after leaving this establishment this morning for a second opinion, the assumption ACC had about my dog’s event does not seem to match what her primary vet has seen in treating similar situations of ingestion and leaned more towards seizures/neurological. The Veterinarians and staff provide excellent care. Dr. Stephen Carroll saved our family pet's life and was kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond.

Horrible place. Was on vacation and brought my dog there at midnight for an emergency appointment. Called first and tech said to bring her in, Vet was on his way. We showed up and the Vet never came!!!! This is a 24hr emergency vet clinic. The tech said he stopped answering his phone. He was tired bc he recently worked multiple hours. WHAT???? The tech was very nice and it’s not her fault but I have never experienced something like this. Tech gave her pain meds and sent us on our way. Headed home to our regular Vet. The Vet ... read more

We brought our dog to Animal care center after he ingested a large amount of Motrin. I actually suspected our beloved pet to pass away as Motrin is toxic to dogs...shortly after 24 hours in their care, approximately 24 hours and 15 minutes, our pet went into cardiac arrest and passed on. When we came to pick up our pet's collar and ashes, as we had him cremated we had to settle our bill. They had billed us for 48 hours of care and I was told that we went over 24 hours I was completely appalled that they would actually try... read more
