So after I posted my initial review the Doctor did reach out to me. It was a clerical error and they had attempted to reach out but the email was not correct. Unfortunately this does not excuse that they did not request records from Sage and know what medications my baby was on/how far gone she already was. They did offer me a partial refund and informed me they would be retraining their staff. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone in the future as this just adds more anger on top of the heartache.
I am kicking myself for allowing the vet to administer the enema. Dr.Nakamura did not explain to me that the administration of an enema could be very dangerous and risky. I'm not sure what happened in the backroom when the vet techs were administering the treatment. Did they manhandle her? Did they need to bind her legs to administer the enema?
